Happy end of May! Our Quinceanera-themed buffet was a huge hit for the school. With over 20 different dishes, we had a great time throwing the birthday bash. We had mini tacos, beef with green mole, spicy pork loin, tres leches cake, and the list goes on and on. All in all, we had a great celebration!
