Laura Arnold is a NYC-based Emmy-Nominated culinary producer, cookbook author, recipe developer/tester, and food stylist always on the hunt for the best cheeseburger, mystified by the finest chocolate chip cookie, and fascinated by mushrooms, all while staying highly caffeinated to display food in the finest light. She most recently was the Culinary Producer on ABC's Daytime-Winning Talk Show, "The Chew." She has authored, Best Simple Suppers for Two, Best Sweets & Treats for Two, Instant One-Pot Meals and Dinner Under Pressure. 

Previously, she worked at Oxmoor House and with the Digital Video team at Time Inc. in Birmingham, AL. At Oxmoor, she assisted and styled for cookbooks across all of the Time Inc. brands including Southern Living, Cooking Light, All You, Sunset, Simply Sweet, General Mills, Gooseberry Patch, Weight Watchers and independent clients. She also styled food videos for the Time Inc. Lifestyle Brands, and produced a pilot recipe video series. Her video Cauliflower Pizza Crust is a leading viral food video at Inc and received the Luce Award. 

Laura graduated from The International Culinary Center (The French Culinary Institute) and worked in the kitchens of Jean-Georges & Nougatine and Halcyon in Charlotte, NC. With a B.S. in biology from Davidson College, she found a knack for the skill of recipe development and testing. Laura has recipe development and testing experience with "The Chew," Oxmoor House, Time Inc. Video, Good Housekeeping Magazine, and The Columbus Dispatch (OH) among several other brands. She also has editorial experience working with Ted Lee of The Lee Bros. and at Crave Magazine (Columbus, OH).
